Waste Resource Utilization System

- Addressing the high cost of waste transport and the limited environmental capacity of island regions, we provide a comprehensive integrated solution for solid waste valorization. Through gasification for power generation, fermentation for fertilizer, and innovative upcycling technologies, various types of waste are precisely converted into electricity, organic fertilizer, and ecological materials. This enables partial self-supply of electricity, reduces operational costs, and generates additional revenue. The solution helps islands build low-carbon, green, zero-waste circular economy benchmarks, transforming waste into sustainable resources and achieving both environmental and economic benefits.
A Roadmap to Zero Waste for the Entire Island

Background: Breaking the Deadlock of Island Waste Management
Remote islands face two major issues: conventional incineration harms the environment, and shipping waste off-island is costly. How can this burden be turned into sustainable growth?

Solid Waste Gasification Power Generation System
- Requires almost no diesel, and 1 ton of dry waste can generate approximately 500 kWh of electricity.
- Incinerable waste:
Plastic, cardboard, green waste, wood, cooking oil - A hybrid dry–wet syngas purification process is adopted to significantly enhance system stability while effectively reducing energy consumption and maintenance requirements.
Kitchen waste treatment equipment
- The equipment integrates automatic feeding, crushing and dewatering, oil-water separation, constant-temperature fermentation, exhaust gas purification, and PLC intelligent control, enabling the reduction, and harmless treatment of kitchen waste.
- The designed processing capacity specifications are: 1000 kg/d, 2000 kg/d, and 5000 kg/d.
- EThe equipment employs high-temperature aerobic microbial technology to achieve ≥85% waste reduction within 24 hours with full resource recovery, producing by-product organic fertilizer.

Alternative waste disposal options
- Beyond addressing the core categories of combustible dry waste and kitchen waste, we provide customized, all-inclusive resource recovery solutions tailored to the diverse needs of property owners. Through upcycling, metal cans are transformed into distinctive island-themed aluminum crafts to generate additional tourism revenue; construction debris is repurposed into artificial reefs to restore the surrounding marine ecosystem; and by-products from the treatment process—such as biochar, wood vinegar, and organic fertilizer—are reintegrated into ecological agriculture, achieving a complete closed-loop transformation from waste to high-value assets.

Results: Enabling Low-Carbon, Green Operations
- Energy Self-Sufficiency: Turn waste into electricity and build a low-carbon microgrid
- Cost Savings: Cut waste transport and reduce fertilizer and power expenses.
- Circular Economy: Convert waste into high-value products, creating new revenue streams.
