1. What is our project about?

This project is an “Integrated Waste Treatment & Power Generation System”. It converts combustible waste on islands or plantations (plastics, paper, wood, oil palm residues, etc.) into electricity for daily use.
Benefits:
Waste reduction– less landfill and transport, lower costs
Energy utilization– partially replaces diesel generators, saving fuel costs

2. Does this system have any daily volume requirements?

The system is “customized based on actual waste”; there’s no fixed daily requirement.
Design factors:
Total combustible waste
Moisture content
Power generation demand
Example: A 150kW generator needs ~250 kg/h of combustible waste. If the island produces 2 tons/day, the system can run ~8 hours/day.

3. How much electricity can 1 ton of biomass generate?

Depends on: moisture content, calorific value, gasifier type, syngas purification, and generator efficiency.
Reference: Biomass with LHV ≥ 3500 kcal/kg produces ~600 kWh per ton.

4. What is biomass pyrolysis gasification?

Biomass pyrolysis gasification is a thermochemical conversion technology that transforms solid biomass into combustible gas under high temperature and oxygen-limited or controlled conditions. Its core process involves introducing a gasification medium (air, oxygen, or steam), causing complex reactions of organic polymers in biomass to produce syngas, mainly CO, H₂, and CH₄

5. Smoke, odor, and tourist impact

Complete syngas purification and safety isolation ensure “no visible smoke, low noise, negligible odor”. Projects can integrate landscaping and educational displays as eco-tourism highlights.

6. Safety and explosion risk

Multiple safety designs (negative pressure, interlocks, explosion-proof, flare) “prevent gas accumulation”.
Safe and reliable under standard operation.

7.Noise levels

* At 30m: ≤60 dB (similar to normal conversation)
* Additional measures: soundproofing, mufflers, layout optimization
* Night operation can be minimized to protect tourists

8. Waste sorting requirements

Simple classification sufficient:
* Wet waste (food scraps)
* Combustible dry waste (plastics, paper, wood, fabric)
* Recyclable metals
* Non-combustible (construction, glass)

10. Partnership Model

Joint Investment Model
Investment Share: The parties may negotiate their respective investment proportions and share project returns accordingly.
Construction & Operation: Our team is responsible for the system’s design, construction, and full operation, ensuring at least 5 years of stable operation.
Handover: After the operation period, the system and related assets will be transferred to the client under a formal handover agreement.
